Impelemt an analytic equation in COMSOL

Please login with a confirmed email address before reporting spam

Hello everyone,

I am trying to implement this equation in COMSOL using the analytic function definition:

ΔT(r,z=0,t)=aq/2k ∫_0^(+∞) J_0 (λr)×J_1 (λa)×erf[λ(αt)^(1/2) ] dλ/λ
(The right form of the equation can be found in the attached document)

J0 and J1 are Bessel functions of the first kind of order 0 and 1.
erf is the error function.
r is the radius and t is the time.

My question is: how can I define the integral from zero to infinity on the variable, λ.
λ is an integration parameter. It does not depend on the geometry or the time.

Thank you for your help.

Regards,
Maha
