how to remove planes interactions if I made many extrudes above each other .

how to remove planes interactions if I made many extrudes above each other even I make the whole model one unit but still intersections planes between diffrent extrudes surfaces ?

Consider using "delete entities" and select boundaries (rather than domains, edges, etc.) and select the plane surfaces to be removed, using the group selection tool if there are a lot of them.
