Reservoir SPE study one-Problem during assigning the each grid property

The reservoir is generated with a dimensions of x-7.62 m y-7.62 m z-0.762 m
I have created the grid according to the SPE study by considering the layers in the z (20 no's) direction. the number of grid generated in the y direction is 1 the number of grid generated in the x direction is 100
But now the problem occured.
Each grid is having different permeabilty can any one suggest how to assign each grid permeability to each grid using the .dat file
