Cauchy free drainage boundary condition

Hello, I need to implement a free drainage Cauchy condition in the Richards equation module. In particular it should be a free drainage condition on a internal boundary (ie water is immediately removed out of the model as soon as it reaches the internal boundary). Do you have any idea about how to set that condition? Any help would be greatly appreciated! Best!
