Failed to find a Solution during tDCS simulations

Dear All

I am working on Transcranial direct current stimulation modelling. Where model is generated from isotropic MRI data acquisition using simpleware and imported into COMSOL 5.0. The material property i.e. conductivity interpolated into the domain for brain. When I run the solution I am getting this error.

Failed to find a solution. Divergence of the linear iterations. There was a warning message from the linear solver. Ill-conditioned preconditioner. Increase factor in error estimate. Returned solution is not converged.

I lowered down the relative tolerance to 0.01, is there any setting I can change which can help in finding the solution. What are the option do I have to improve the quality of simulation.

Looking for some guidance. TIA
