Different Result ! Boundary surface and cut-plane

I have a simple T-junction micro-mixer

Geometery: 200*200 micrometer - lenght 2.7 mm https://ibb.co/PgKfwyG

Concentration Contour at outlet boundary using "surface" : https://ibb.co/SKQyK7w

Concentration Contour at outlet boundary using "cut-plan" : https://ibb.co/YPBc6Vx

The problem is that when I use boundary surface for exctracting results I attain some results which are compeletly different from when I use cut-plan at same location. As you see in pictures, concentration countors are not identical in quantities and distribution! What is the problem? and why? would you please recommand a solution?

Hi Khashayar,

I set up a small 3D modell and I observe exactly the same results. No matter if I use a surface- or cut-plane data-set. You can see it using my example model.

I suggest you to set up a small and simple model to test it out.
