Getting an error while computing study.

The error I am getting while computing the study is: "There are 1490866 void equations (empty rows in matrix) for the variable comp1.Vm. at coordinates: (0.000278243,-0.15,0.043131), (0.00108004,-0.151494,0.0429471), (0.00188184,-0.152988,0.0427633), (0.000139455,-0.1515,0.0443731), (0.000941271,-0.152997,0.0441892), ... and similarly for the degrees of freedom (empty columns in matrix). Returned solution is not converged. Not all parameter steps returned." Please help me with the same.
