How to specify a solution in subdomain setting

Hi,

I'm currently using the "Filling of a Capillary Channel" as guidance for my modeling.

Instead of pure water, I want to use a methanol solution... but I don't know how to specify it in the subdomain setting (for 'fluids' and 'sources/sinks'). Could someone please help me? FYI, the concentration of methanol in water is 3wt%.
