How right to build graphic of line integral from elementatry function?

I have a trouble. I try to plot graphic ∫f(x)dx where f(x) = 2x; (See screenshots)
For this objective I used integrate function.
It's obviously, that graphic must be F(x) = x²;
I have done it all in accordance to last paragraph of this post www.comsol.com/blogs/overview-integration-methods-space-time/
Comsol have put me results as:
F(x) = 2x*5 if I use expression: integrate(an1(x),x,0,5)
F(x) = 2x*x if I use expression: integrate(an1(x),x,0,x)
I have tried many other expressions. The result remained incorrect.
What am I doing wrong?
What will I should to do for get properly result?
