Remeshing a deformed mesh

I am learning to use the trick "Remeshing a deformed mesh" for the ALE method. The test model I used please see the attachment; I use one Study for each run. Study 2 is the first remeshing-solving, and it went well. But for Study 3, the second remeshing-solving, inverted mesh element occurred at the very beginning. The setting steps for Study 2 and Study 3 are the same. Why Study 3 cannot work ?
