boundary equation

Hi,

I now try to apply square wave alike velocity at the inlet boundary,
The equation I type as:

2*Umax*flc1hs(t[1/s]-0.1,0.1)-Umax

However, the equation does not work where it prompt out with the message of
"failed to find consistent initial value,last time step is not converged."

Appreciate for advice and comment.
