Mode Analysis: search mode around a variable in a parametric sweep

Please login with a confirmed email address before reporting spam

Hello,

I am running the comsol 5.3 RF: Mode Analysis Module. I am trying to run a wavelength scan and calculate the corresponding confinement loss.

Now before computing, there is an option of providing a refractive index value around which the solver will search for modes.

I am running a parametric sweep on wavelength values.

Now I want to set the model in such a way, that after a full computation for a particular wavelength, the model will automatically choose the max refractive index(around which the solver searches for modes) from the previous computation for the next computation.

Any kind of help would be appreciated. Thank you.
