How to produce the '.mphm' files in COMSOL connect with MATLAB? Thank you!!

When I draw the structure in comsol and connect with MATLAB. I want to output the '.mphm' files including structure. But COMSOL only canproduce files is' .mph' or '. M-file'. I do not how to produce the '.mphm' file. Would you tell me how to produce the '.mphm' files ? Thank you very much.
