Error en la matriz de la variable Temperatura

Soy principiante en Comsol.
Tenemos unTrial, estoy simulando la trasferencia de calor de dos fluidos. El Solver por default utiliza Segregate - Iterative, que requieren la menor cantidad de memoria RAM. Hemos tenido problemas con el resolvedor porque no Inicia el proceso de calculo, mostrando un error de la matriz vacía con la variable temperatura. Hemos activado en cada física la variable temperatura, pero el modelo sigue arrojando el mismo error.

Si alguien puede ayudarnos con un procedimiento para no incurrir en este error le agradeceríamos mucho.
