Many Errors in File

I am trying to model Water absorbing CO2 using the Phase transport in porous media physics. I am getting constant errors so I thought I would post my file.

I get many errors including: " Failed to find a solution. Maximum number of Newton iterations reached. Returned solution is not converged. Not all parameter steps returned. "
