"Failed to find consistent initial values" error after increasing time range

I'm trying to model a Fuel cell in Comsol (MEA, 1D and time dependent). There is no problem for a range of time (range(0,3,2380)). However as I increase the time range. I get the "Failed to find consistent initial values" error. I can not understand how does initial condition become a problem after a specific time?
would greatly appreciate it if anybody could clarify what is going wrong here because I am out of ideas. Thanks!
